Google uses a number of other algorithms and ranking signals to determine the position of a webpage in the SERPs, such as the relevance of the webpage to the search query, the quality of the content on the webpage, and the user experience provided by the webpage.

It's also important to note that Google does not share the PageRank score of a webpage with the public. However, you can use third-party tools such as Moz or Ahrefs that estimate the PageRank based on the data they have.

To improve a website's PageRank, webmasters can focus on building high-quality, relevant links to their website. This can be done through a variety of methods, such as guest blogging, link building, and social media marketing.

One of the best ways to build high-quality links is through creating valuable and informative content that others will want to link to. This can be done by blogging, creating infographics, videos, and other forms of content that will be interesting and useful to other websites.
